Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Conduct product and service presentations to potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills:




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile app development, software development, cloud solutions, AI/ML, digital transformation, or SaaS products.
- Lead generation and prospecting skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, SaaS sales, or business development.
- Experience with B2B sales is preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce), and lead generation tools.
