- Product Strategy: Developing and communicating a transparent product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and market needs. Ability to define clear roadmap of prioritized features and initiatives that deliver against that vision. Be able to drive meaningful business outcomes by connecting product outputs to the goals of the company.
- Strong Business Acumen: Understanding the business aspects of SaaS solutions of ShareFile’s billing experience and functionality, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

- Market Research: Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
