We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Security Analyst to join our Workday Central Team.



As a Senior Workday Security Analyst, you will serve as point of contact for managing and maintaining security across the Workday platform. Ensuring compliance and maintaining security standards and protocols inclusive of HCM.

Duties andresponsibilities:
Subject matter expert with design, configure and maintain Workday security roles, security groups, domains, and business process security policies to align with business requirements and compliance standards.

Collaborate with functional teams to ascertain requirements and propose which type of Security Group we need to implement for various requirements and workarounds, all while aligning to best practice.

Have experience in designing, configuring and managing Workday restrictions.

Manage role assignments, user-based assignments, authentication policies, segregation of duties and user access reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and audit standards.
