Role Overview

The Transfer Pricing Analyst / Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, documentation, and defense of the company’s global transfer pricing policies. This role works closely with Tax, Finance, Controllership,



and Trade Compliance to ensure that intercompany transactions are priced in accordance with the arm’s-length principle and local tax regulations.Key Responsibilities

1. Transfer Pricing Compliance & Documentation
- Oversee the preparation of local files, master file, and country‑by‑country reporting (CbCR) support in line with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
- Collect and analyze financial and operational data for benchmarking studies, functional analyses, and economic analyses.
- Draft and update transfer pricing relevant disclosures, intercompany agreements, and related documentation.
- Support the annual transfer pricing cycle year‑end adjustments, and documentation refresh.

2. Operational Transfer Pricing
- Work with Controllership, FP&A;, Treasury and local finance teams to operationalize transfer pricing policies (e.g., monthly charges, allocation keys, cost centers).
