Roles and Responsibilities:
- Draft and review Franchise Agreements, LOIs (Letter of Intent), and legal contracts
- Manage all franchise-related legal documentation and paperwork
- Prepare vendor agreements, NDA agreements, partnership agreements, and service contracts
- Manage trademark-related matters, infringement issues, and violation notices
- Ensure legal compliance in franchise operations and business dealings
- Coordinate with management regarding legal risks and documentation requirements
- Handle agreement renewals, amendments, and legal record maintenance
- Provide legal support during franchise onboarding and expansion
- Assist in trademark, licensing, and business registration documentation
- Coordinate with external advocates when required





Qualifications and Skills:
- Robust knowledge of franchise laws and business agreements
- Excellent drafting and documentation skills
- Understanding of corporate and commercial law
- Attention to detail and confidentiality handling
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university
- Experience in franchise or corporate legal documentation preferred
- Experience in franchise or multi-location business agreements will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
