Job Summary

The Sales Staff will be responsible for managing daily outlet operations, handling customer sales, billing, stock management, and ensuring smooth store functioning. The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute towards increasing sales and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
- Handle customer interactions, product enquiries, and provide excellent service.
- Generate bills, manage cash transactions, and maintain billing accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate stock requirements.
- Maintain product displays, store organization, and overall outlet standards.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports and updates with the headquarters.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and support promotional activities.
- Build solid customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the headquarters for sales, inventory, and operational updates.





Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, billing, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of billing software and cash handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and work responsibly.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
