The Business Process Analyst / Process Transformation Specialistwill play a key role in driving enterprise-wide process excellence, business transformation, operational standardization, and digital innovation across MOL-IT and associated business functions. The incumbent will work closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance & Accounts, General Affairs, Engineering Services, GIC, and other support functions to assess existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state operating models.
