ERP EXECUTIVE

Location - Malad West, Mumbai

Job Summary:
As an ERP Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our ERP systems. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the ERP system meets their operational needs and supports strategic objectives. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, training users, and driving continuous improvement in ERP functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
Ø Manage the overall implementation and configuration of the ERP system.

Ø Ensure the ERP system aligns with organizational goals and business processes.

Ø Monitor system performance and security, ensuring data integrity and reliability.

Ø Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.

Ø Conduct training sessions to educate users on ERP system capabilities and best practices.

Ø Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for process improvement through ERP enhancements.

Ø Recommend and implement system upgrades and customizations to improve efficiency and usability.





Ø Extract and analyse data from the ERP system to generate reports and insights.

Ø Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends for decision-making.

Ø Maintain documentation of ERP configurations, processes, and procedures.

Ø Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.

Ø Liaise with ERP vendors for support, upgrades, and issue resolution.

Ø Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to ERP systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Ø Proven experience (5 years) in ERP system administration, implementation, or support.

Ø Robust understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.

Ø Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
