We're looking for a driven and confident Business Development Intern who thrives on conversations, isn't afraid of cold calling, and enjoys turning opportunities into clients.

What You'll Do
- Make at least 50 outbound calls every day to potential clients.
- Research and identify high-quality leads across different industries.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Pitch our marketing and creative services to business owners and decision-makers.
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads until conversion.
- Schedule meetings for the founders/sales team.




- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations using CRM or spreadsheets.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to dedicate focused time every day to prospecting and lead generation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, or other platforms for finding leads is a bonus.
- Prior sales or business development experience is preferred but not mandatory.
