About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive - Sales & Operations to manage the end-to-end post-sales customer journey, key account support, and supply chain coordination at Ganesh Enterprises. In this role, you will bridge the gap between field sales, warehouse logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and prompt payment collections across our distributor, modern trade, and institutional buyer networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Fulfillment: Manage daily B2B order intake, track dispatches from the warehouse, and ensure on-time delivery to distributors, retail channels, and corporate clients.
- Payment Collections & Credit Tracking: Regularly follow up with clients and channel partners on outstanding payments, maintain payment trackers, and work with Accounts to keep credit cycles in check.
- Sales & Logistics Sync: Collaborate daily with field sales managers, warehouse staff, and transport partners to optimize order fulfillment and prevent dispatch delays.
- Documentation & MIS:



Maintain organized records of rate lists, customer ledgers, tax invoices, and generate daily/weekly Sales & Operations MIS reports in MS Excel.
- Client Relationship Support: Address customer feedback, resolve order discrepancies or damage claims, and support seasonal high-volume demands (e.g., festive corporate gifting).

Key Requirements
- Experience: 5-6 years in Sales Operations, Order Management, or B2B Customer Support—preferably in FMCG, packaged food, or commodity trading.
- Technical Skills: Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data entry) and MS Word.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Skills: Strong organizational habits, multi-tasking abilities, sharp follow-up skills, and a practical understanding of supply chain workflows.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler for periodic visits to local distribution c
