2.Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secureLinux based IT infrastructure building blocks.
- Drive automation-firstinfrastructure management using scripting and configuration management tools.
- Design and implement infrastructure as codeusing configuration management and automation tools.
- Work under strict revision control to ensure consistency and traceability in the development and maintenance of standardized Linux building blocks.
- Implement security controls, monitoring, and compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents efficiently.
- Optimize performance, availability, and capacityof infrastructure components.
- Ensure transparent communication regarding personal capabilities and limitations, proactively requesting help when needed.




- Contribute to architectural decisions by providing well-informed suggestions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.

3.Key Technical Skills
Essential:
- Strong Linux expertise(Suse, Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky)
- Infrastructure automation & configuration management(Ansible, Terraform, YAML)
- Scripting skills(Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Virtualization & Compute:A positive understanding of the compute layer with a focus on VMware virtualization and client-based hardware.
- Security:Infrastructure security best practices, vulnerability scanning, CIS-CAT hardening
- Monitoring & Logging:Experience with monitoring solutions
- Proactive and independent, capable of working with mínimal guidance.
- Excellent English:
- Automation-first mindset, always looking to optimize and script repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication skills & transparency (willing to share knowledge gaps and seek help when necessary).
