Position : Marketing Consultant
- Campus Activation

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Consultant to execute activations across Mumbai colleges (with potential travel to other cities as we scale). This is a field-first, ownership-heavy role — you won't be sitting behind a desk. You'll be the face of SNC on campus, registering artists and building our discoverable-talent pipeline one conversation at a time.
- Execute activations at partner colleges — approach student performers, demo the platform, and register them live
- Build and maintain relationships with student contacts (cultural secretaries, fest committees) for campus access
- Drive individually attributed paid subscriptions through direct, on-ground outreach




- Track performance using unique attribution codes and report results regularly

Confident communicator, comfortable approaching strangers and speaking on camera
- Genuine interest in marketing, media, or the performing arts ecosystem
- Self-starter who thrives with ownership rather than close supervision
- Based in or able to travel within Mumbai; open to occasional travel for campus activations elsewhere
- Prior experience with college fests, cultural committees, or student networks is a strong plus

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
