The designer will work closely with our development, marketing, and content teams to create visually engaging designs and improve the overall user experience of websites and digital platforms.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed UX audits for websites and identify usability, navigation, accessibility, content, and conversion-related issues.
- Prepare structured and qualified UX audit reports that include key findings, relevant screenshots, competitor references, and actionable recommendations.
- Create visually appealing presentations that clearly communicate the audit findings while following the brand guidelines.
- Review website layouts, user journeys, calls to action, visual hierarchy, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Create modern, creative, and high-quality social media posts, carousels, advertisements, banners, and campaign graphics.
- Develop creative design concepts that align with the client’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Edit engaging videos for social media, advertisements, presentations, reels, and other digital platforms.




- Work closely with team members to understand project requirements and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Present design ideas clearly and explain the reasoning behind design decisions.
- Accept feedback positively and make revisions based on internal and client feedback.
- Maintain consistency across branding, typography, colours, layouts, and visual communication.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, UX best practices, and video editing techniques.

Required Skills and Experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, social media creatives, website designs, UX audits, and video editing work.
- Good understanding of UX principles, user journeys, website usability, conversion optimisation, and responsive design.
- Experience preparing professional UX audit reports and design recommendations.
- Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, I
