We are seeking a passionate and skilled Trainer to deliver Nursery Teacher Training programs in our NGO. The trainer will be responsible for equipping aspiring nursery teachers with the knowledge, skills, and values required to nurture young children in early childhood education settings.

Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training / Montessori/ ECCE (preferred).

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of child development and early learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate trainees.
- Empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
- Proficiency in both theoretical instruction and hands-on classroom practices.

Work Environment
- Location: NGO training center-Reaching Hand in KR Puram and Yelhanka.:
- Engagement: Full-time.
