As we scale our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and talented Structural BIM Modeler to join our team and contribute to high-profile international structures.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Structural BIM Modeler with a strong background in structural systems to join our team. In this role, you will turn preliminary concepts, engineering calculations, and sketches into precise, high-quality 3D models and detailed design drawings. You will work hand-in-hand with our engineering team in a quick-paced,



deadline-driven environment to deliver world-class deliverables for our international partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, accurate Structural BIM 3D models for a diverse range of international projects.
- Develop detailed design drawings, foundation plans, and structural details using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Translate preliminary concepts, hand sketches, engineering calculations, and specifications into code-compliant model elements and construction documents.
- Create, manage, and maintain custom parametric Revit families and standard project details to support evolving project needs.
- Collaborate closely with lead structural engineers to update models, refine structural layouts, and maintain quality standards across project phases.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
