About the role;

We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Cluster Level Manager - Sales to lead and manage a team of Academic Counselors across multiple Gold’s Gym centers within an assigned cluster/city. A CLM will be responsible for driving overall cluster revenue, managing the sales performance of Academic Counselors, improving lead conversions, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets for Gold’s Gym Fitness Institute’s certification courses.

Key Responsibilities;
- Own and achieve monthly and quarterly cluster revenue targets.
- Manage, motivate, and monitor Academic Counselors across assigned gym centers.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, counselling, conversions, and enrollments.
- Coach counselors on sales pitching, objection handling, follow-ups, and closures.
- Regularly visit gym centers to review counselor performance and support sales activities. -Identify underperforming centers/counselors and implement improvement plans.




- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure timely CRM/reporting updates.
- Share regular cluster sales performance reports with the Sales Manager/Institute Head.

Requirements;
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Fitness, EdTech, Training, or B2C sales. -Prior experience in team handling and target-driven sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and drive team productivity.
- Willingness to travel regularly across assigned gym centers.
- Strong ownership and revenue-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
