What We’re Looking For
Experience in IT & Education/EdTech industry (mandatory)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven experience managing 50+ employees
Exposure to placements, college coordination, and seminars
Solid understanding of HR operations & compliance
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in HR or related field
- Experience in training institutes, colleges, or EdTech organizations will be an advantage
