We are seeking a guest-focused and energetic Food & Beverage Service Staff Member to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our dining establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest has an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities Guest Service: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, seat them, and present food and drink menus.

Order Taking & Recommendations: Answer menu questions, offer tailored recommendations, and accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.

Food & Beverage Delivery: Serve food, drinks, and garnishes promptly while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Table Maintenance: Monitor tables throughout the meal to clear plates, refill drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Prep & Operations: Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, polishing silverware,



refilling condiments, and maintaining a clean dining area.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Prior experience as a server, waiter/waitress, or runner in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.

Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor.

Punctuality & Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods in a quick-paced environment.

Team Player: Strong collaborative spirit and ability to multitask effectively during peak rush hours.

Hygiene & Safety: Familiarity with standard food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
