Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to manage daily operations at Vizag Metro Cash & Carry. The role involves handling fleet operations, team coordination, and ensuring smooth and timely order dispatch, delivery and arranging the new vehicles and DAs

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee deployment of up to 8 to 10 vehicles and Delivery Associates.
- Plan routes and ensure effective dispatch of orders from the warehouse
- Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Follow up with drivers and DAs to maintain service levels
- Handle day-to-day operational challenges and escalations
- Arrange Adhoc, backup vehicles and DAs in case of no-shows
- Identify and onboard new vendors when required




- Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, drivers, and vendors

Requirements:
- Experience in logistics/transport or warehouse operations preferred.
- Onboarding a New vendors and Deploying a adhoc or dedicated vehicles and DAs.
- Robust coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Good communication and team management skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
