Overview:
As a DevOps Engineer I, you will report to the Sr. MANAGER. 0-2 years’ experience working with development teams and CI/CD tools such as Git and Azure DevOps (ADO)

Responsibilities:
- Support requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for infrastructure enhancements and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for build, release, and deployment processes.
- Assist in implementing DevOps best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Participate in the design and implementation of solutions using approved tools, technologies, and frameworks.
- Contribute to and review deployment plans, including scheduling installations, upgrades, and production fixes.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and organizational standards when modifying infrastructure and pipelines.
- Work closely with IT Security and Operations teams to enable secure and reliable DevOps practices.




- Follow industry-standard processes to enhance operational efficiency, deployment speed, and solution quality.
- Align IT Security and IT Operations teams to ensure DevOps processes operate safely and securely.
- Support analytical and design activities using approved technologies aligned with organizational standards and methodologies.

Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in DevOps, Software Engineering, or IT Operations roles.
- Hands-on experience or academic exposure to CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jenkins.
- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or Azure DevOps Repos.
- Basic familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Familiarity with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible.
- Awareness of DevSecOps practices and exposure
