Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Lead and manage a team of 20+ horticulturists.

⁠ ⁠Plan, execute, and maintain residential and commercial landscaping projects.

⁠ ⁠Design and implement indoor plant installations, vertical gardens, and biophilic spaces.

⁠ ⁠Ensure proper plant selection, planting, irrigation, and maintenance practices.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with clients, architects, and project teams to deliver high-quality landscapes.

⁠ ⁠Supervise site activities while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines.

⁠ ⁠Prepare planting plans, BOQs, and site reports.

⁠ ⁠Monitor plant health and recommend pest and disease management solutions.

Requirements:
⁠ ⁠Bachelor's or Master's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.

⁠ ⁠Proven experience of more than 5 years.

⁠ ⁠Experience handling large-scale residential and commercial landscape projects.

⁠ ⁠Robust knowledge of indoor plants, vertical gardens,



and biophilic design.

⁠ ⁠Proficiency in AutoCAD.

⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of irrigation systems.

⁠ ⁠Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Preferred Skills

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of landscape execution and maintenance.

⁠ ⁠Ability to read landscape drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

⁠ ⁠Strong organisational and project management skills.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
