Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial screening and HR interviews over calls and virtual meetings.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
- Create and post attractive job advertisements across various hiring platforms.
- Build a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements:




- 1-2 years of experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in IT, Software, or SaaS hiring will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.
- Basic knowledge of onboarding and HR documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Positive attitude with excellent coordination and organizational skills.
