Recruit, train, schedule, and directly supervise the school’s internal housekeeping and cleaning staff.
- Foster a supportive, respectful, and motivating work workplace for the cleaning team. Ensure fair workload distribution, manage shift rotations, and address staff grievances promptly.
- Establish and monitor strict daily, weekly, and term-break deep cleaning schedules for classrooms, science labs, restrooms, cafeterias, and sports facilities.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of the campus to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained, particularly in high-touch areas.
- Coordinate the physical setup (seating, stages, waste bins) for school events, assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, and sports days.
- Liaison with the school cafeteria providers to ensure hygiene standards are met and manage efficient food waste disposal and recycling programs.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
