UI/UX Designer (Junior) — SaaS/CRM/ERP/B2B

Experience: 6 months - 1 year | Full-time

We're hiring a Junior UI/UX Designer to design intuitive interfaces for our SaaS/CRM/ERP/B2B products. You'll turn complex business requirements into clean, user-friendly designs.

Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI for B2B/SaaS products
- Break down complex business requirements into simple, logical user flows
- Identify user pain points and design scalable, intuitive solutions
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business Analysts
- Maintain design consistency using style guides and component libraries

Requirements:




- 6 months-1 year of UI/UX design experience (internships welcome)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Robust grasp of visual design principles (typography, layout, hierarchy)
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of responsive/mobile-first design
- Portfolio required (SaaS/B2B experience a plus)

Nice to Have
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Familiarity with design systems
- Exposure to Agile/Jira workflows
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
