Senior Civil Engineer - Job Description

Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer
Experience: 5-10+ Years
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Check quantities, measurements, and material requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials at site.
- Conduct quality checks for RCC, masonry, plaster, finishing, waterproofing, etc.
- Coordinate with the planning and project management team for project schedules.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and required documentation.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Manage subcontractors and monitor their work and productivity.

Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5-10+ years of relevant experience in residential/commercial construction.:
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural, finishing, and civil construction activities.
- Positive knowledge of drawings, BOQ, quantity estimation, and site execution.
- Strong team-handling and coordination skills.
