About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects and schedule meetings for the senior team.
- Work on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM or tracking tools.
- Support the business team in market research, client communication, and presentation preparation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional and outreach activities.

Skills and Qualification




- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn about client handling and sales strategy.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Office, or CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working under targets and deadlines.

Compensation
- Fixed Salary (as per company standards) + Performance Incentives based on target achievement.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
