International Sales Executive / Manager (Menthol & Essential Oils)

Job Location: Site-5, Kasna Industrial Area, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹70,000 per month (As per interview and experience)

Experience Required: 2-10 Years (Menthol, Mint Derivatives, Essential Oils, Aroma Chemicals, Flavour & Fragrance, or related industry preferred)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international B2B sales activities for menthol, mint derivatives, essential oils, and aroma chemicals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients from FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Flavour & Fragrance, Oral Care, Confectionery, and Personal Care industries.
- Conduct market research and identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
- Maintain customer records, enquiry tracking, quotations, sample status, and follow-up schedules.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate commercial discussions including pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Planning, Dispatch, and Logistics teams for timely order execution.




- Track orders from enquiry stage to dispatch and payment completion.
- Support customers with technical documents such as COA, MSDS, specifications, and declarations.
- Handle customer feedback and provide effective post-sales support.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings when required.

Required Skills:
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of export sales and international business processes.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Good understanding of Incoterms, export documentation, and logistics coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and follow-ups efficiently.
