Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:Academic Leadership:
- Oversee the implementation of the school’s academic programs, ensuring alignment with national/international standards.
- Monitor curriculum delivery, instructional quality, and student performance outcomes.
- Organize academic audits, assessments, and reports to track progress and performance.
- Promote a culture of high expectations and continuous learning for both students and teachers.

Staff & Teacher Management:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and professional development workshops.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to teachers to enhance instructional effectiveness.
- Manage staff schedules, leaves, and ensure adequate classroom coverage.

Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the school including schedules,



calendars, and events.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with administrative departments (HR, admissions, etc.) to support smooth school operations.
- Address and resolve operational issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Parent & Community Engagement:
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding academic progress, school policies, and events.
- Foster a positive school culture and maintain strong relationships within the school community.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings, open houses, and school-wide activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in a school leadership or academic coordination role, principal.
- Solid understanding of curriculum design, academic planning, and educational best practices.
