Job Title: Data Management Executive /MIS Executive

Location: Banerjee Hat, Maheshtala

Company: Crown Clothing Pvt. Ltd. (Garments Manufacturer)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain flow management systems (FMS, IMS, PMS) effectively.

Create, update, and automate reports using Google Sheets and Google App Scripts.

Maintain accurate data records related to inventory, production, attendance, and logistics.

Analyse data trends to support operational decision-making.

Coordinate with internal departments for timely data flow and consistency.

Ensure timely backups and secure storage of all essential data.

Perform regular audits of data for accuracy and completeness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in data management or similar administrative roles.





Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Google App Script is a plus

Working knowledge of FMS or any ERP software preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Good communication skills.

Ability to learn new things rapid

Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline with computer proficiency).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
