Job Description: RPA UiPath Associate Developer

Responsibilities:
Technical
- Analyze business requirements, process documents, and workflow details to assist in designing implementable technical solutions.
- Develop, configure, and maintain automation workflows using the UiPath RPA platform.
- Support development using UiPath best practices, coding standards, naming conventions, and exception handling principles.
- Monitor Bot execution, troubleshoot runtime issues, analyze logs, and help resolve production defects.
- Develop and improve error handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and notification frameworks to improve Bot stability.
- Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions to improve code quality, reliability, maintainability, and robot efficiency.
- Participate in robot deployment activities by following standard change management and release processes.
- Stay updated on UiPath features, AI integration in RPA, Document Understanding, AI Center, and Action Center concepts.
- Support automation projects by preparing technical design documents,



process workflow documentation, release notes, test evidence, and maintenance documents.
- Create and execute unit test cases, scenario-based test cases, and support end-to-end testing before production release.
- Participate in QA testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Communicate development progress, risks, issues, and blockers to project leads, senior developers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business users, Operations teams, and IT teams to understand automation requirements and support delivery of RPA solutions.

Support
- Understanding system and business change cycles to ensure automated processes are proactively amended to reflect changes.
- Developing strategies to optimize Bot schedules to achieve maximum productivity of digital workers.
