Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers after completion of their credit report analysis.
- Understand the customer's credit report issues and analysis findings.
- Explain identified issues in straightforward and easy-to-understand language.
- Explain how the identified issues may affect the customer's credit score and financial profile.
- Understand the customer's requirements, concerns, and willingness to proceed.
- Explain Credit Samadhaan's credit repair service and the process involved.
- Clearly communicate service scope, pricing, timelines, and terms.
- Recommend the repair service based on the customer's actual credit report findings.
- Conduct consultation and service-pitch calls with customers.
- Handle customer questions, doubts, and objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.




- Send quotations and service details to interested customers.
- Track quotation status and pending customer decisions.
- Convert qualified customers into paid credit repair-service customers.
- Identify suitable upsell opportunities based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the analysis, repair, and support teams for smooth customer handover.
- Update customer communication, follow-ups, quotations, and conversion status in CRM.
- Maintain accurate daily call and conversion records.
- Meet monthly conversion, revenue, and follow-up targets.
- Maintain professional, ethical, and customer-focused communication at all times.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
