At Corpculture, we help brands scale across India and the GCC through structured franchising. We work with leading brands across F&B;, retail, beauty & wellness, jewellery, education, and lifestyle.

We are now expanding our business development team and looking for ambitious early-career professionals to join us in Chennai.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for entrepreneurs and investors exploring franchise opportunities with the brands we represent. You will guide them through the discovery process, qualify serious inquiries, and work with our strategy team to convert them into franchise partnerships.

This is a learning-led role with strong mentorship and clear career progression.

What You'll Do
- Present brand opportunities, investment options, and franchise models clearly and professionally
- Manage your own sales pipeline from inquiry to closure
- Work with strategy and marketing teams to qualify leads
- Represent Corpculture at brand presentations,

Who We're Looking For
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (freshers with strong communication skills welcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Tamil and Hindi a plus)
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging senior business owners
- Strong follow-up discipline and a structured approach
- Genuine interest in franchising, entrepreneurship, and business growth
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
