Call students and parents to explain our courses and guide them through the admission process.
Responsibilities:
- Call leads and explain course details
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Complete daily calling targets
- Maintain call records in CRM/sheet
Requirements:
- 12th pass or graduate (any stream)
- Positive communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Confident and polite phone manner
- Basic computer/Excel knowledge
- No prior telecalling experience required; freshers can apply
