Sales Representative

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, wholesalers, and retail shops regularly to generate and confirm orders by presenting product samples.
- Generate retail bookings through agents and individual retail shops.
- Collect outstanding payments, primarily through cheque.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager for smooth order execution and dispatch.
- Follow up with parties regarding order status and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with customers and resolve party-related disputes or issues.
- Maintain regular follow-up with dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and agents.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
- Submit regular market visit, order, collection, and follow-up reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure proper handling and presentation of samples during market visits.





Field Travel Requirements
- The role involves regular market travel for approximately 15-20 days per month.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market/territory is mandatory.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid customer and relationship management skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to generate orders and follow up for payments.
- Ability to resolve customer/party issues professionally.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and market follow-up.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to work extensively in the field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
