Key Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and control daily, weekly, and monthly production activities to meet business targets.
- Ensure production schedules are achieved on time while maintaining quality and cost objectives.
- Monitor production output, line efficiency, downtime, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
- Plan manpower requirements according to production volumes and operational needs.
- Allocate employees across production lines and shifts for optimum utilization.
- Manage shift schedules, overtime, leave, and manpower deployment.
- Monitor workforce productivity and ensure adequate staffing at all times.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate production teams to achieve operational targets.
- Set clear performance expectations and monitor individual and team performance.
