Job Title: Senior Career Counselor

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.

Convert leads into enrollments by providing the right guidance and follow-up.

Handle inbound and outbound counseling calls and walk-in inquiries.

Assist in achieving individual and team admission targets.

Supervise, mentor, and support junior counselors in their daily activities.

Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion rates.

Train new team members on counseling techniques and CRM usage.

Resolve escalations and ensure a high-quality student experience.

Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.

Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for smooth enrollment processes.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2-3 years of experience as a Career Counselor/Academic Counselor/Admission Counselor.





Prior experience in team handling, supervision, or as a Team Leader is preferred.

Experience in the EdTech or Education industry will be an advantage.

Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.

Robust leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
