Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled DCOT Engineer with strong Cisco ACI expertise to support and operate enterprise data center networks. The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco ACI fabric, strong routing and switching fundamentals, and exposure to automation, along with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Advanced Technical Support By Performing Root Cause Analysis On Complex Incidents Related To Cisco Aci And Network Automation, Implementing Effective Solutions To Ensure High Service Availability.
2. Collaborate With Support Teams To Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Maintaining A Robust Security Posture.
3. Lead Initiatives For Knowledge Base Updates And Management, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement Through Training And Coaching Of Analysts And Recent Team Members.
4. Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements While Actively Contributing To The Enhancement Of Operational Processes And Policies.

Enhance Customer Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Ticket Reopens, And Effectively Mitigating Security Threats Through Proactive Measures.
Skill Requirements
Strong Routing & Switching knowledge (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP). - Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus switches. - In-depth knowledge of Cisco ACI architecture and operations. - APIC management and ACI fault troubleshooting. - Understanding of L2/L3 Out and external connectivity.
Other Requirements
Automation Skills - Basic to intermediate knowledge of network automation. - Exposure to Python, Ansible, REST APIs, or ACI Toolkit is a plus. Soft Skills - Strong communication (verbal and written) skills. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to work in shift-based or 24x7 environments. - Strong troubleshooting and ownership mindset.
