The role in one line

We are looking for one trusted, organised, numbers-literate person to hold the entire financial picture of a promoter-led group in a single clean view — and to keep it running.

The context

This is not a slot inside a finance department. It is a new position created at the centre of a promoter's office that oversees a group of businesses — specialty chemical manufacturing, têxtile chemicals, and a significant private development project — together with the family's investments and assets.

Today these threads are managed capably but separately: different account books, different bankers, an external CA, project teams, and investments that each sit in their own corner. What is missing is a single person who sees all of it at once, consolidates it into one monthly picture,



and makes sure nothing falls through a crack between the parts.

That person is what we are hiring. You will not be the strategist — those decisions remain with the promoter. You will be the operator who holds the whole, runs the rhythm, and is the single point of contact the promoter can call to ask "where do we stand?" and get a complete, accurate answer the same day.
