Joh Description:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer queries effectively.
- Support the sales team in generating leads and converting inquiries into sales.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on recent arrivals and promotions.
- Ensure proper display and presentation of products in the showroom.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with potential customers when required.
