As the Principal Business Systems Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and develop technology solutions to meet those requirements. You will conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business systems and processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for optimization.

You will report directly to our Sr Director IT and you’ll work out of our Bengaluru, Karnataka location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by leveraging your expertise in business systems analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize system functionality. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders.

YOU MUST HAVE

7+ years of IT analysis experience with a focus on Capital Projects,



Project Execution, or Project‑centric ERP solutions.

Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4 Project Systems (PS) or equivalent project execution functionality.

Experience supporting revenue recognition and financial integration for long‑cycle or complex customer projects.

Proven experience delivering or supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, or transformations in a project‑based business workplace.

WE VALUE

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Strong understanding of customer project execution lifecycles, including cost control, billing, and financial settlement.

SAP certifications in S/4 Project Systems, Finance, or related modules.
