Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective parents.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Zoodle Kid programs.
- Explain product features, curriculum, pricing, and perks confidently.
- Build trust with parents through consultative selling.




- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Customer Support
- Address customer queries regarding programs, curriculum, pricing, and enrollment.
- Provide accurate and timely information to ensure a seamless customer experience.

CRM & Coordination
- Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and follow-ups.
- Share regular sales updates and reports with the reporting manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Relationship, or a similar role.
