Dispatch Supervisor

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 per month
Reporting To: Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations.
- Plan and complete dispatches on time.
- Check goods and dispatch documents.
- Prepare E-Way Bills, invoices, and challans.
- Coordinate with transporters and internal teams.
- Update ERP and dispatch records.
- Handle stock issues, returns, and damages.
- Supervise the dispatch team.
- Ensure safety and company rules are followed.

Requirements:
- Graduate (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in Dispatch, Warehouse, Logistics, or 3PL.
- Basic knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, E-Way Bills, and inventory.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
