We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer to join our growing team and contribute to innovative design solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design
- Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space planning layouts, furniture plans, and interior design presentations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Prepare detailed interior drawings and working drawings.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation as per approved drawings.

3D Visualization
- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for architectural and interior projects.
- Produce walkthrough animations and presentation visuals.
- Develop concept presentations and mood boards.




- Enhance project presentations through photorealistic rendering techniques.
- Maintain project files and update designs based on client feedback.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of SketchUp.
- Experience with Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or Twinmotion.
- Good understanding of interior materials and construction details.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and presentation software.
- Strong visualization and design communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team workplace.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interior design and 3D visualization projects.
