Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead sales operations across the assigned region with a focus on market expansion and profitability.
- Manage, guide, and motivate sales teams, area managers, and sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and strengthen dealer, distributor, channel partner, and customer networks across the region.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential growth areas within the solar industry.
- Plan and execute effective sales campaigns and market penetration strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for business improvement.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through solid planning and ground-level execution.




- Develop strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, technical, and management teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for senior management.
- Stay updated with industry developments, competitor activities, and changing market dynamics.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales Leadership / Regional Sales Management.
- Experience in the Solar Energy / Renewable Energy Industry is preferred.
- MBA in Marketing / Sales or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of regional sales management, channel development, and business expansion.
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
