Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, placement cells, and external recruitment partners.
- Assist in recruitment reporting and other HR-related activities as required.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Human Resources will be preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
