Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and check incoming raw materials and components.
- Maintain GRN, inward, outward and stock records.
- Issue materials to production against authorized requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure proper storage, identification and FIFO of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC and Accounts departments.
- Maintain proper store documentation and housekeeping.

Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.
- Experience with raw materials, stock handling and material issue to production preferred.
- Good communication, coordination and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
