Job Title: Hardware Support Engineer (PCs & Printers)

Educational Qualification:
- Degree in any branch of IT / Computer Science / Electronics or an equivalent qualification.

Experience:
- Minimum 1 year to 3 years of hands-on experience in hardware maintenance of PCs and printers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and printers.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues efficiently.
- Performing preventive maintenance and regular system checks.
- Handling replacement of faulty components (RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, printer parts, etc.).
- Providing on-site or remote technical support to users.
- Maintaining service reports and documentation.

Required Skills:




- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Experience with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Basic networking knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel (if required for in office support).
- Customer-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
