Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling BAJAJ INDEF material handling products such as Electric Chain Hoists, Wire Rope Hoists, EOT Cranes, Jib Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Chain Pulley Blocks, and other lifting solutions. The role involves generating current business, maintaining customer relationships, preparing quotations, negotiating orders, and achieving sales targets. BAJAJ INDEF serves industries including automotive, engineering, metals, cement, power, logistics, food processing, and more.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new industrial customers.
- Promote BAJAJ INDEF products and material handling solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Generate enquiries through cold calling, references, and market visits.
- Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize purchase orders.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and market trends.




- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate installation schedules and after-sales support with internal teams.
- Participate in exhibitions, product demonstrations, and customer seminars.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or any Graduate with Industrial Sales experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial or material handling equipment sales.
- Experience in Hoists, Material Handling Equipment, or Industrial Machinery is preferred.
