Regeneron is expanding its international footprint by establishing a new Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad, India, in addition to our existing Bangalore office. We are seeking a Senior Director, HR Business Partner, who will serve as the GCC HR Head and lead HR business partnering activities across India. In this role, you will shape and execute the India HR strategy, advise the GCC Leadership Team, oversee locally based HR colleagues supporting global teams, and partner closely with Global HR Centers of Excellence to deliver effective and efficient HR services. You will help strengthen Regeneron’s high-performance culture,



the Regeneron Way, while supporting the continued growth of our India organization and GCC capabilities.

- Take overall responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of Regeneron’s HR function in India, while contributing to global and regional HR priorities.
- Develop and execute the India HR strategy, creating solutions that attract, develop, engage, and retain talent through a strong employer brand, market-competitive total rewards, and agile HR practices.
