Required having experience in Electrical Control Panel Manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001 standards.
- Develop and manage quality policies, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Monitor incoming, in-process, and final product quality inspections.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external quality audits.
- Track and report quality KPIs and performance metrics.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce defects.
- Ensure compliance with industry and customer quality standards.
- Work closely with production, supply chain, and engineering teams to improve product quality.




- Identify training needs related to quality processes.

Authority
- Approve or reject products and materials that do not meet quality standards.
- Stop production in case of reliable quality issues.
- Approve changes in QMS documents and procedures.
- Lead and represent the company during quality audits.
